I used to think filling every corner and wall was I used to think filling every corner and wall was what made a home cozy. But I just ended up with a lot of visual clutter and a home that felt full of “stuff” Here’s what I skip adding to cart now: 1️⃣ Dollar section checkout items — they’re usually poor quality, super trendy, and end up in the trash or as clutter a few weeks later. 2️⃣ Seasonal decor — I still enjoy a few new fall and holiday pieces here and there, but now I mostly focus on timeless, neutral decor that doesn’t have to be swapped out every season. 3️⃣ Small random pieces — unless I know exactly where it’s going, I avoid tiny decor. Too many little things create visual clutter, are harder to style, and just add more to dust. I’d rather invest in larger capsule pieces that fill the space intentionally.
